RAMSGATE VIEW 8 THE ******

We were a group of 14 ladies who booked accommodation at Ramsgate View 8, They charge a contingency fee of R1000 which is refunded if there are no breakages. We checked in on Friday 31/08/18 and checked out on Sunday morning02/09/18! They're customer service stinks! poor directions to the venue, upon arrival there was no manual as a guide of what's where, we have to fiddle with the alarm to switch it off, water was cold we had to navigate through the house on where is the geyser switch is! with all of that we sucked it out! We made sure that nothing was broken or damaged, we cleaned n left the place spotless!In almost two weeks of our check out boom email saying we left the place "very dirty" and the table was burnt by hubbly bubbly ooh and by the way non of us smoke! They said that the R1000 will be refunded because it will cover the repairing and cleaning cost.... We called the following day after receiving the email the story changes they say no the place was clean but the table is burnt and Windows were left opened! which is which? the fee is now R950 to repair the table! What a coincidence that the repair cost is almost equivalent to the R1000 refundable fee. That aside we asked for pictures taken before our check in and after our check out....We received no response ever since the second week of September! They are ******! clearly they use this R1000 strategy to reap off guests! They are not hospitable at all I wouldn't advise anyone to book that place! I'm still disgusted ooh and by the way some of their toilets don't Flush, and if you want to bath with a cold rain drop go to RAMSGATE VIEW 8! PURE NONSENSE
