Ramsgate guest house disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, had an R8000 credit with them on a holiday that was postponed, initially they said I can rebook whenever suits me. Now they tell me that I can’t use it because it’s been too long, however they do not stipulate anything regarding the time frame. Nevermind the disgusting service you get waiting for a response from them. I highly do not recommend that anyone even bothers using them.
