Refund not paid

I have a made booking for our stay in Ramgate Beach Club of which there was an amount of R3000 that was suppose to be refunded to me. I booked and stayed there in June 2019, 5 months later I have not received my refund and they are not responding to my emails not take my calls I am completely ignored by their managing agent even the owner of the property kept on saying I will receive my refund on Friday each time I call well I guess Friday has not come because nothing has been refunded to me.
