POPIA does not apply to Ramsey Webber INCORPORATED

MY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION USED FOR LEGAL PURPOSES WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITH NO RELATION TO THE COMPANY.

1. I signed an ANC in April 2019 with Ramsey Webber (a wedding gift from Marilyn Naidoo - the secretary at the company). 2. On 8 January 2021 Ramsey Webber used my personal information to get access to information that has NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. Marilyn Naidoo did a windeed search on my ID number and submitted the documentation to a 'court document'. They went to see what properties I own, what was the value of the bond, who were the previous owners, bond number, who did the transfer - and all I want to know is WHY?????? 3. In July 2021 I requested an explanation as to WHY my information was used, and I get threatend: "May I suggest that you obtain legal advice on the consequences of defamation, and act accordingly in further correspondence with my office." - As I EXPECT AN ANSWER. 4. I had to submit the 'legal document' for an investigation. 2 months LATER STILL no update in regards to why they used my personal information?

2 Months later, and STILL no feedback in regards to WHY they used my information? Do they have something to hide? Do they do this to all their 'previous' customers? Is Admin allowed to 'sell' the information to the public because they have access to confidential information? Why can they not give me an ANSWER as to WHY they used my information?

What does POPIA means if LEGAL firms can just use your personal information as they please, but justify it because they are 'the law'.
