Failure to follow proper process resulting in severe losses due to RAMSEY WEBBER

Bought a property in 2018 and Ramsey Webber with the transferring attorneys. We took occupation before transfer and realised that the seller failed to disclose several defects with the property. We wanted to postpone transfer until the seller rectified the issues. Marilyn Naidoo from Ramsey Webber ASSURED us that we didn't have to get a legal document signed and that THEY would hold back funds to cover the damages. In the end Ramsey Webber only pushed their own agenda to get the transfer done and thereafter they washed their hands on the matter. Now we have to either take legal action against the seller because he is no longer interested in fixing the remaining issues as per the OTP. Ramsey Webber handles the matter with Delayed responses to mails, no answers to questions provided regarding breakdown of funds, just a complete lack of professionalism! Will not recommend this company to anyone.
