Extremely disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with the tone and professionalism of the response I received from Zuleika Suleman on a follow up email for a paid up reference letter.Instead of providing a clear timeline or constructive feedback, the reply came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Phrases such as “the constant pressure from you is really not appreciated” are unprofessional and inappropriate in a business setting. Clients should be treated with respect, regardless of workload pressures. A simple update with an estimated timeframe would have sufficed. Unfortunately, this kind of communication reflects poorly on the company’s values of “Integrity, Commitment, Reliability,” which were displayed in the email signature but not reflected in the response.
