Debt Collectors breaking the law - Prescribed Debt

I have been harassed by employees from Ramothello & Tsotetsi Attorneys, calling and threatening me with legal action for so-called debts that I owe to Edgars...this debt goes as far back as 2001. Even though the NCA (National Credit Act) has outlawed the collecting or buying/selling of prescribed debt. I have warned the employees from Ramothello & Tsotetsi Attorneys calling me of it's ******* harassment against me but still I'm harassed by them through phone calls, sms's and emails. I have rep**** to one of their emails today and warned them of my intentions to report them to the Credit Ombudsman, unless they close this case and stop their ******* business practices. I've given them 20 working days (in accordance with the Credit Ombuds' complaint process) to comply with my demands (closing my case/file with them). I also reminded them that it's ******* to purchase and collect prescribed debt and since they are also an Attorney's firm I will not hesitate to refer this case to the law society should they not comply with my demand set out in the letter sent to them today.
