Complain

We went to buy food for lunch with my friends and what we got there is something we never expected let alone thought it will happen

We waited for almost an hour for our food that we payed for already only to find out that the orders got missed up by them,then we were told what we ordered they don’t have so we must take our money back...we asked what do you mean cause already our lunchtime is over and now you telling us that we must take our money,then we asked them about the solution we were told “we don’t have the steak so what must happen just take your money” and we were called the B word then we argued.

We were told that they don’t need our money and we must never come back of which it’s fine,we told them that they giving us “poor service” after that all hell broke loose,they closed the door with us inside then started ganging up on us luckily we managed to get out only to find out that these people were drunk while serving customers I don’t even think they were aware of what they were doing,we left the store and they followed us just to swear at us and saying nasty things.

Never in my entire life I have witnessed such a thing first experience was awful I’m still shocked at what really went down
