Bought items that where never deleted.

I bought a book advertised by Ramlodi Marketing Consultants cc over 3 weeks ago. Whenever I contact Leon to ask if the book has been sent the response is always that he will send it on that day but never has. Now that I have asked for my money back he is now ignoring my calls and messages.
