RAMKIKI Country Restaurant and Wedding Venue

<p>I wish to place on record the total dissatisfaction with regard to our Xmas lunch at Ramkiki.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t know what happened and I still can’t wrap my head around an establishment that has been running for years that your service at our lunch was dreadful, and to make matters worse, I recommended to my friends that we should go there!</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only did we have to wait for half and hour to get to see where we were going to be seated, over an hour in the queue to get to our food and then still had to wait at the buffet table to have the trays of food replenished, so by the time you got back to your allocated table – the food was cold!</p> <p> </p> <p>The dessert table was not much better. Patrons collected pudding bowls, had to remind waiters to please bring custard etc and more over was the fact that one waiter had the audacity to use his bare hands to move xmas cake from one plate to another, and when I pointed that he should either have gloves on and or use utensils, all he did was then remove what he had placed on the plate – who knows, how much more was actually touched?</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t know where the managers were and if in fact there were any managers around?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then to top it off, we had to wait another half an hour to finalise our bill (the food had been paid well in advance) only our drinks needed to be paid for, which we were overcharged for as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is wrong with this establishment – I’m 100% sure that everyone who attended your venue on the 25th felt the same way and I hope they too voiced their grievances – the only positive was the DJ – he was fantastic.</p> <p> </p> <p>You owe a lot of people an explanation as I can assure you, your ratings have taken a major dive.</p> <p> </p>
