MANAGER INEXPERIENCED AND REFUSES TO ASSIST

<p>I contacted Ramdup Attorneys from the 15 th Feb for them loading a trace alert on my transunion itc. This account was incorrectly taken from FNB for debt collection. After numerous calls and emails to the consultant Lebogang, ref ********** 8968, kept referring to a manager that had no knowledge of how a sequestrated estate works. I forwarded emails form FNB confirming this trace must be removed but still the manager refused to remove the trace from itc. I am now referring the matter to the Banking Ombudsman and the Attorney complaints board as the manager keeps saying she is waiting for FNB, How does any query take one month aven after the bank has responded.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
