Incapable of producing statement

We paid more thwpan R12000 on aR7000 account that was handed over by Fnb. After harrasing us for another R3000 plus they now have found that they did not do their job. Now they are unable to produce a breakdown of the money i paid. Poor service. Incompatible and unproffesional.
