****MED BY RAMCO MOTOR COMPANY

Three months ago I saw an AD saying: ENGINE PROBLEMS Call ********** 193, Up to six months to pay. I loved and trusted what I saw and called. Indeed the receiver of the caller on the other end welcomed my call and decision to consider them working on my car. They offered to tow the car for free for diagnostics (An AUDI A4 2.0l TDI). They claimed to fix all types of cars by high tech specialists. The car was towed, diagnostics done and the problem found. The cost of Diagnostics performed was however not free but charged with the cost included on total cost as indicated below. At this stage they started to send me the cost of the repairs and we entered into an agreement to pay for three months, with the repairs to be started only when first payment is done. The total cost came to plus minus R 23 000. The cost divided in three months worked out to be R 15 931.66. The first payment done to their Bank account Bearing the name: RAMCO MOTOR COMPANY Cc Nedbank ********** 830 The email notifications for payments made went to: The email ********** The first amount paid was: R 7 965.83 (SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE RANDS AND EIGHTY THREE CENTS) paid on the 25 June 2018 with subsequent payment for the next two months to be paid monthly on the 25th of every month. With all the trust I had, the only time I called the company was when Matrix car track called to indicate the movement of the car. The Car track company was notified that the car went for repairs hence the movement. Fastrack to today the 23 July 2018, I call the company to hear of the progress on the car since on the 25th of July I will be making my last payment and also to make arrangements for a test drive and collection of the car after the last payment. To the shock of my life, I called the whole day with them promising to call back however they did not, as they claimed the person working on my car has gone out of office. I then called and insisted to hold until that person spoke to me. The car has not been fixed. The company is closing down. They will send forms for me to fill in to claim my money with no promise to get it back I must arrange for towing of the car by this Friday the 27 July 2018 by myself and claim later otherwise I stand the risk to getting the car stripped since where its parked there will be no security for it after Friday. When I ask why I was not informed I'm ignored and told this telephone session, with my airtime is a consultation. What if I never called today? I write this with a heavy heart. I need a recourse to this. Can anyone help what I must do. SAD
