Bad Service

1) I learned that though they are not RMI accredited to perform the services which they do. They advertise that they are RMI accredited to fix motor vehicles while in fact they are accredited as a fitment centre. Meaning, while they may claim that they know how to fix cars, they actual do not have any accreditation for such a service. 2) I’ve gone through a numerous digital platforms and have learned that I am not the only person they charge me a certain amount to fix the car then in the middle of everything while they busy fixing the car, they come back to the consumer to ask for more than what was initially agreed upon. 3) While the consumer is of the view that the service provider is fixing their car, they outsource third party under tree mechanics to work on the car. And when all else fails with the third-party mechanic, only then do they initiate working on the car personally. Sadly, by then if it’s anything electric components that the third-party was working on and have wrongful inserted into your car, they come back again to claim that another part was damaged and that you should buy it again. This is to cover for the initially incorrectly fitted component by the third-party.
