Very poor service delivery

Very poor service experienced today from the petrol attendence as I waited for approximately 15 mins with no assistance and to see the attendent walk past my vehicle to assist another that arrived approximately 5mins after me. Is it something racial I wonder because I'm Indian n the vehicle that was attended to was a black. I did have this issue before and I did complain to the manager but I guess they have done nothing about it. So now id rather drive the extra mile to a service center that will assist and where I feel more confortable.
