Ramatshila Mugeri attorneys bad service

I switched my bank from absa to nedbank. I could not close it because I was told i must settle about R800 due on the account. I did not have the money by the time, I just ignored the account till the amount escalated to R6000. My absa savings account was handed over to Ramatshila Mugeri attorneys. money was deposited into this account when i went to claim it they took their R6000. that is not my problem for today. Problem is that debit order are bouncing in my nedbank account, and I have pressing financial responsibilities, but the company has my salary for this month. I gave them all the documents needed. My concern is that Thembakazi Mjacu who is handling my case says all my staff is handed over to their finance department for verification, and she claims that she cant make follow ups and she cant give me contacts to their financial department. I just sit here and wonder not knowing the status, I have received calls from service providers I cant make commitments, I have been waiting since Friday January 29 2021. I feel someone is lazy to do their job at my expense, I need to put pressure on them. What do I do. How can she say she cant make follow up with their finance department. Urgent assistance will be appreciated. I need to know the status of my money so i can make arrangements necessary
