Ramalo Bus Service is a ****

They are based in Queenstown by the train station. Bought a ticket on the 28th of January 2025 to Cape Town. The bus was scheduled for 18:30 but it didn't show up instead the lady **** to us telling board a Toyota quantum saying it is going to drop us to where the 22 seater is . No longer a bus and to my surprise the same quantum was the bus they were talking about. We left Queenstown at 2130 hours instead of 1830 hours. The telephone number *** they put on the ticket is Not working. My advice to all travellers want to use this **** bus in future don't buy any ticket from Ramalo bus Service. It's a **** . To make matters worse up to now it's 0915 and we are still stuck with the very taxi in Paarl waiting to drop a parcel. Rather hike than to buy a ticket from Ramalo. Deeply disappointed with their service.
