The worst experience ever!

<p>I ordered 2 kids GPS watches on 11/25. My credit card was charged immediately. By 12/15 I still had not received the merchandise and looking at my confirmation it showed it hadn't shipped. I attempted to contact the company - they have no phone number. I sent an e-mail and got a canned response that they were overwhelmed with orders. I kept at it each and every day. A real person finally responded on 12/19 saying a shipping label had been generated. However it still wasn't sent out for shipping. On 12/23 I was told the merchandise was enroute and I would receive it the next day. NOPE! So I didn't have the Christmas gifts for my grandsons and today I received a notification it was in my mail box. Well it wasn't and the Post Office didn't even deliver mail. I contacted American Express and had them cancel the payment. Total *******!</p>
