So frustrating!

<p>Website stated that item was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. One week later I still had not received shipping notification and inquired; they responded that it could be 2-4 weeks, so I attempted to cancel and they responsed that item was "being prepared for shipping" and it was too late to cancel. Item was a Christams present and since it did not arrive on time, I purchased it elsewhere and tried to cancel/obtain a refund. I was told again that it was too late because the item was being prepared for shipping...same thing I was told two weeks earlier I inititated a complaint through paypal and within 24 hours received shipment confirmation on the item I no longer wanted! They told me I could return and they would refund when item is received but I DO NOT TRUST THEM. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere!</p>
