Android Flash Drive Can't Get Refund or Replacement

<p>I have been writing and documenting for months. I received an Android backup but one end of the item could not be removed. I could remove the plastic on the end that goes into my phone. I have sent them pictures, I have written numberous times. I have replies that say a replacement is on the way. Always they send to management and I get no reply. I have sent them copies of all documentation. I paid $39.99 for the high mb. The initial people that respond are really nice. But they always refer to management. I want to know what legal means I can use and report this to as they are getting a lot of money and not giving a good product.</p>
