Turn into good vibes!

On the 22 March 2018, I bought a VHS-to-Digital File Converter for Windows OS @ Rama and on the 10th of April, the converter gave me a problem. I wrote an email to Rama on the 13/04/2018 and without any hesitation I got a feedback from Rama Deals and the email, telling me that they will sort out my problem. With a swift move, I got an email from Carmela, informing me that they will replace the defect to a new one. Even when the package arrives to me, the courier was friendly and he even said sorry for the incident.

Eventhough it gives me a little disappointment but still they manage the issue well and I'm glad about it. I will return for more and thank you very-very much also the FREEbies you guys gave.
