Such a ****my company

<p>Placed an order on 8/29, received an email 9/12 that it shipped. Package never moved from label created until I contacted paypal and filed a complaint on non receipt after several attempts to contact the company. After complaint was filed with paypal they actually shipped my product and it was received 10/6. Such a joke of a company and they refuse any accountability.</p>
