****!!!

This company is a **** and an absolute *****! 1. The website states 24-48 hour for fulfillment with 14-21 days to delivery. 2. Once order was placed I was told that "due to the volume of orders there would be a delay in order fulfillment." 3. I contacted support to ensure delivery before Christmas and only received canned responses about fulfillment and delivery times. 4. Asked for a refund 3 times before I received a shipping notification. 5. Immediately responded requesting them to NOT ship the item and, instead, issue the refund I requested. 6. Was told that since the item was already shipped I cannot receive a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
