PRODUCT WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED & WOULDN'T REFUND ALL THE MONEY

<p>I bought a purse that was advertised as a canvas leather bag. In the picture it looked like a soft suede. The blue color was stunning. What I received was a dull blue canvas bag with a thin leather strap. While they advertise "zero risk", they refused to refund the shipping and I ended up spending over half the cost of the bag returning it! While their policy does state that they don't refund shipping costs, because they falsely represented the purse, it is my position that they should have returned all of my money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Stand clear of this business. They sales go through as "ASHLEYJEWELSCOM" so I would suggest staying clear of that company as well. It appears they are one and the same.</p>
