DO NOT PURCHASE! NOT HONEST

<p>I purchased 2 wireless charging stations but they didn't work. My phone kept cycling on & off all night & never charged. I contacted them & they wanted me to try to use it again. I told them I wanted a refund they wanted to send a replacement instead. I AGAIN stated that I just wanted a refund & they requested photos of the product. I sent photos & again requested a refund. They responded days later asking for tracking info & telling me that shipping costs would be up to me & deducted from the amount. If I'M paying to ship it back why would they deduct anything on their end? Either way I said fine what are the shipping return instructions? No response. They did tell me that there was a 30 return window. I've been trying to return this item so long that we are now over the return window & they still have not responded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. They do not stand by the product & will not return /refund money if anything goes wrong. ****! Extremely poor customer service. I offered my phone # etc to clear up confusion & have gotten no response. </p>
