Avoid Toy Boat and Rama Deals

I ordered a toy battery operated bear from Toy Boats turns out its Rama Deals. They promised it in 3 weeks. It arrived in 6 weeks after Christmas....loose in a flimsy envelope, so of course the mechanical bear was broken. The hoops I am having to jump through to try and get a refund are crazy. Send a video of the broken bear. But it can only be a tiny video which doesnt allow enough space to show you turning it on and not working. Oh so go and open a youtube account and post it there.... this is unbelievable when they clearly were neglectful. They take three days to respond to each email as well.
