A good company should act. :)

Long story short. I bought a Vintage Ocean Style Dreen Dress, upon receiving the item, it was damaged and immediately I request for replacement because I need the dress for a very special occasion. Was told no several times. The care support rep**** my email yesterday and we had a very nice conversation and they really help me for immediate replacement of the dress. The support stands behind her company and this is the way a good company should act. :)
