poor service

I contracted ram tiling to make alterations to my home in july 2014, deposit was made as per agreement, I was given a time frame off 30days was given to me by Mr S Nair. Up til date he has not completed his work.<br> The doors in the kitchen cupboards are falling apart, the granite tops all have scratches, the drawer has holes, all round workmanship is very poor. A tiling contract was given as well, which was paid for seperately. The full amount for the alterations was made before the end off November based on his promise to complete the job. He did not hold up his end off the deal. He lacks professionalism and general work etiquette
