Worst service more like "no service"

<p>I took my car in as it knock sound coming from the engine, I was advised the fan belt was damaged and I had to replace it and buy new tensioners. By the way I was also told I had to change my stabiliser bars. I brought the car in at 10h00 on a sa****ay morning, I told them I had a long distance trip I needed the car by 14h00 atleast. they told me its a "big job" so they will try to finish by 15h00 but it will definitely be ready by 17h00. </p> <p>I came to collect my car at 17h00 only to find they changed stabilizer bars but they could not get the fan belt and the tensioners. When I complained why they had kept my car the whole day without fixing what I had come for, or telling me that they did not have the parts.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by the manager to leave the car at my inconvenince as there was nothing they could do and they do not care about my inconvenience. I took my car, now I will make them care (pay) for my inconvenience.</p>
