Stole parts off vehicle and pathetic repair .

I took my car in for shock absorbers , coil springs and a crank shaft seal on Monday 19-10-2015. I received a call at noon to say they did not have the coil springs and could not find any at the suppliers , I was told they could have them made up but the car would have to stay there until Thursday as they will get the springs on Wednesday . they told me that if I take the car I would have to pay two fitting fees , so the car stayed there . I had remover the timing belt covers on a earlier date , so I thought I had better let them fit them when they change the crank shaft seal . when I got there I found all four wheel valve caps were removed so I asked where they are , they acted stupid and said they have no idea , I called the manager Peter , he told me he will talk to the owner and replace them . I left it at that . when I went to collect the car yesterday (Thursday 22-10-2015 ) they never put the covers back , the cam belt tensioner was swopped for an really old one , the timing was not set correctly as the car was spluttering , the so called mechanic did not know how to loosen the alternator , could not turn left after wheel alignment . STILL NOT FIXED CORRECTLY .
