poor services and disgusting

ram is so disgusting lies not doing their job empty promises my car has been there for one month two week now form 14-12-2017 till to date but when I ask them they keep telling me tomorrow, I am very very sad about ram management because they are most *****, they don't even want me to see the car, I want to publish this I want to know what steps should I take to get my car back if they don't wanna fix it or they sell my car parts for other clients I don't know, I agknowledge everyone to stop sending their cars for repair or service, if you do you will be see the nightmare that they are showing me right now. ram is bad and terrible for their clients, I am seeking help
