I Sent a vehicle for 7 weeks now No feedback

After numerous times trying to get a place where I can take my car(Corsa lite) to, Ram seemed promising they even arranged a tow truck to tow my car to their workshop end of July , they promised to get the car sorted out as fast as they can but since they don't call to give feedback , I don't know how many times I've called trying to get exactly what the progress is . Each time I call they'd promise to call back and they never do .it's such a bad experience that I wouldn't recommend anyone to take the car to them . All I've been getting is promises.there's not good customer relations . To this date I haven't received any feed back .the people are not so friendly , when you call they'd promise to call and give feed back to this date I still don't know if my car will be sorted or not .
