i send my car to be fixed on 14/12/2014 i call and go there but the keep promising the follwing day till today my car is still not fixed, its a FORD focus XZR662 gp

my car was overheating I take it to Ram suspension /wagen to be fixed on the 14-12-2017, when I call or go to them they keep telling me lies always and they don't call me I call them always and visited them but still keep on their lies promising me the next day I have been there more than 10 times, I spoke to Ovius , Bresh, Vone and Johane all of them they keep on promising me empty promised, on 23-01-2018 Johane promised me I ll get my car today but today its 26-01-2018 is telling me I ll get it tomorrow, what kind of busness are they running, to lies to their clients. I am very very angry about Ram suspension. they are lot of people that are complaining about them. all they get is lies and empty promise. please assist me on this matter
