Friendly Honest Service, Highly Recommended

It's not often that I'll take to Hello Peter to write a review, but my experience today at Ram Suspension was fantastic. My care started to make a weird sound about a month ago, and started to shake when I accelerated. I took it to Ram Suspension yesterday. This morning I got a call informing me that my wheel bearings were shot, and would need to be replaced. I have no idea what wheel bearings are. When I arrived a mechanic was on hand to take me through the work that was done. He even showed me the old bearings. I really appreciate the time the mechanic took to explain to me what wheel bearings are, how they work and how to maintain them in future. To top it off, my vehicle had been washed and a brand new air freshener was hanging from my mirror. The friendly, professional service I received at Ram Suspension is unusual in South Africa. Highly Recommended.
