Cannot take it anymore

So I took my car for servicing,new front shocks and alignment sometime in month end May and when i took my car to them, there was no sound from my tyres but when it came back from service it had funny sounds.Took my car back to the workshop and a guy by the name of bokkie came and looked into it than when he was done still had the same problem when I got to the free way.<br> Took my car back in the morning around 8:00 went to work and came back to collect it aroud 14:00 only to found out my car was not or touched and no one new what was wrong with it. than when they started to check on it apparently my shocked \was bent and no the shock is fine its the mountain shock"than the manager came and apologised and said he will put in the mountain shock for me for free.<br> <br> Guess what a month down same problem is back im sick and tired of going back there and just with noone to assist me and only to found out how much I tell people about this so affordable workshop and this is the service I get.<br> <br> Can someone please explain to me how does one go to a workshop three times in a row with no satification."""
