Bad workmanship and service

<p>I took my car in for an air con regas on Thursday 17 November 2016 to your Kemptonpark branch. After they finished I asked the technician who worked on it if everything was ok and he said it was 100%. On Friday afternoon when I switched on the aircon, it was only blowing hot air and you can hear a leaking noise through the air vent. I took it back for them to check it out but they refused and said the machine showed there is no leaks and that I have to book it in again that will cost be R450. When I asked for my money back, they said they don't do refunds. This is absolutely poor service and very bad workmanship. I will not refer anyone to make use of Ram services.</p>
