Bad/Poor workmanship

My car VW Golf 5 1.6 was at ram suspention for over 3 week for waterpumpo and head gasket and still nor properly fixed. I had my car for 1 week over the repairs was done and my engine mounting collapse due to 3 bolts snapped and resulted my engine mounting to collapse. Further to this Ram want me to pay for this repaired after i spend R12 000.00 to get my car repaired and dure to bad/poor workmanship that was done on my car the first time.<br> Please assist as I am nor willing to pay for any damages accoured on my cat due to there workmanship.
