Arrogance

My name is David and I stay in Edleen Kemptonpark, i have a problem with RAM Wagen situated in Detroit plaza in Kemptonpark, i took my car to them more than 2 months ago to fix clutch for my Opel Zafira and since then my life has been hectic, i first paid a deposit of R4000 and when they told me the car was okay i went and paid the balance of R4635.90 total amounting to R8635.90 but still the car is not fixed, when I collected car I only drove it for 2 day's then i had same problem again, they come to tow it and since then it's story's after story's, all I need now is my car and my money back since they have failed to repair it, can you please assist me on this?
