Pathetic does not even define them!!!

I've been waiting for my parcel for 4 weeks now. Sitting in their hub. I was promised to receive it on Monday two weeks ago, I follow up with them everyday , no one seems to care!!

I am paying for a phone that I have not even received!!!

Don't use RAM.. they are full of nonsense. Vodacom said there's nothing delaying them to give me my parcel but they won't.. I'm really angry
