Ralph's Mirror & Glass refuses to pay the fine

Im writting with regards to the tickes that my was son was given by a traffic cop while driving a company vehicle. He was given a ticket not having a fire extingusher on the truck while driving which it belonged to his company. For numerous times we complaint to the manager Mr David Ralph that we gave the accountant John the ticket he received (my son) from the traffic department last year when he was still working for Mr Ralph. We went there for several times to John to confirm that they will be paying for the ticket and to this date we have not received feedback. My son was suprised to receive a fine from the traffic department, I also contacted Mr Ralph and he promised that he will pay the fine but he did not. Now my son was held responsible and we had to pay the Traffic department which the payment needs to be refunded but they giving us a run around.
