Disappointing service with a dash of arrogance!

<p>Pathetic service from this arrogant business. We bought 4 aluminium frames and when the windows were delivered in Limpopo, our mother discovered that the 4th frame was the wrong size. We immediately let Siu/Ralph know about the wrong frame, we were told to bring it in for the exchange. It has been over a year now, we have tried and waited and all we are getting is all sorts of excuses and a whole lot of arrogance. They do not want to exchange the frame neither do they want to refund us. Be aware of this business and stay away from them for your peace of mind!</p>
