RALLY MOTORS BAD SERVICE
I bought a car at Rally Motors on 01/10/2025 in Bloemfontein and the car was delivered on 04/10/2025 to me in De Aar in the Northern Cape and on the 14/10/2025 everything was fine except for the message saying battery system malfunction and I did report that Chris because we thought the battery was flat but that was not the case, 01/01/2026 a kilometer out of De Aar the car started to loose power and a thermostat sign on the dashboard and a warning message telling me to stop and switch of the car and I did take picture and immediately send it to Chris, they organized a local mechanic and after a day he said it is the top gasket and Rally motors said they will send a tow truck but after a couple of hours the changed and said it is my responsibility to bring the car to Bloemfontein and I did that on 06/01/2026 a month into it they keep on telling different stories from looking fort the problem to it will take time they want to do quality work and the latest is that they are waiting on the warranty claim approval how so because the car was bought in October meaning it is within the CPA why do a claim they must fix the car, I even contacted MFC for help but to no avail and MFC suggested I contact MIOSA for help because I am paying for a car I do not have and no loan car was offered for a need a car for my line of work.
