Just completely absent

Rall maintenance were appointed by my insurer to install a fireplace at my house. They used a subcontractor, but did not manage the job at all. They never showed up at my house even after repeated complaints of quality problems with their subcontractor and yet they were paid for this total non-performance. I will never do business with Rall Maintenance again and I will refuse to accept them should I ever have a claim again.
