Lack in communication and billing

Bettie Rall regretfully lacks proper communication and professionalism. The company charges for feedback reports (after paid consultations) even though it is reconfirmed with their reception team that the feedback sessions suffice and no additional charges to be incurred. Long delays between communications and lack of prompt reports, nor no response from Bettie Rall direct. I would highly suggest finding another establishment who are more professional.
