Broke Client Confidentiality

My nine year old son at the time was seeing Bettie Ral for what we thought was PTSD. There was a series of events that transpired which caused a lot of hurt and pain in my family, including the loss of his mother. All the sessions we had with Bettie are supposed to be safe guarded by client patient confidentiality clause. Certain parties who I will not mention contacted Bettie without my consent or approval - and she told them everything. She broke the client confidentiality clause and caused even more distress in our lives. This is shockingly unprofessional not to mention ******* based on the nature of what we were actually dealing with. Bettie Ral Associates should be stripped of their licence, penalized and be prevented from ever practicing again. They still had the audacity to send me a bill after all this transpired.
