wrong seat post

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I purchased a Raleigh Dolomite FRS 29" bicycle from Makro about a month ago. When I assembled it I found that the seat pole was far too short (only 25cm) too allow me to set up the bike for me. I am about 193cm tall, within the height range you market the bicycle at. I should have contacted you immediately but attempted purchase a longer pole. However, I have since discovered that it is impossible to find a seat pole with a 28.6mm diameter.</p> <p>So last week, on about the 20th September I called you and spoke to Matthew who by today had still not come back to me. I called him today and I was told that it had been handed to some one (Nelan?) but that he was very busy and that my query might have fallen through the cracks.</p> <p>this is entirely unacceptable. I want my issue resolved and I want it resolved soon. There is no way this is the right seat pole for this bicycle if you have specced it for someone up to 195cm, which the info on the paper disc in the front wheel claims.</p> <p>I expect to hear from some one shortly. Either sort out my seat pole or send some one round to collect the bicycle and refund my money. I am not going back to Makro as its not their issue.
