Very upset with this name brand

I am shocked at the amount of issues I have with the 2 bikes I got for my kids.. The pedals have snapped off. The brakes don't work and chair tightened snapped right off.. You are selling us ******* at a extremely high price and it's disgusting.. Super disappointed and will never buy another item from you. I won't even mention the extras I bought for the same bikes and they all just snapped and broke.. Very upset..
