Raleigh's policy is a ****

Bought two Raleigh bicycles from Makro Vaal, one on the 28/01/2021 and another one on the 29/01/2021 the bicycles have been giving us problems. Tried to return them was told refund is not possible as per Raleigh policy. Bicycles have now been in for repairs twice and still parts are just falling off as you ride.
