Raleigh bicycle biggest peace of ******* under the sun

I bought my wife a Bicycle from makro in 2020 for Christmas. Since day one we had small problems with the bike like the chain coming off, the pedals squeaking & back wheel coming loose from time to time. I thought maybe im just not that good to keep it maintained and decided to send it into a bicycle shop to get the noisy pedals replaced and maybe to fit a new chain so that it can stop coming off. To my surprise that bicycle repair shop let me know today that the reason for all the problems occurring is because the frame of the bicycle is twisted and made like that from the manufacture. They welded the stays skew on the frame and that what is causing the bicycle to fall apart.

I thought Raleigh was a good make and i was paying a bit more for a better make but how wrong i was.

Biggest problem is i also don’t have the slip anymore and i know if i contact makro that will be the first thing i get asked for.

Really disappointed in Raleigh.
