poor products

I just bought a bike for my daughter for her birthday from Makro. It’s a pink Raleigh mountain bike. What a load of **** the pedals keep falling off, the front rim is buckled. The handlebars bolt keeps on coming loose, the seat bolts keep coming loose the whole bicycle looks skew. I’m very disappointed in Raleigh as they are supposed to be reliable but clearly not anymore?
